Oh my god. I LOVE this pastel paper/card! I use pan pastels and regular pastels and the map texture is perfect for layering. I can also cover it with a thin Pastel Ground mix if I want to "erase" the unsatisfactory part of the work and it doesn't warp. At least that's what I experienced on one sheet. Will definitely buy again when I run out.

This is a fantastic product for those of us who love pastels. The surface is resistant to water, alcohol or alcohol. This may require multiple layers of pastel appliqué. It's available in a variety of colors and most importantly, it doesn't generate the dust like sandpaper and therefore doesn't "eat" your pastel colors like sanded surfaces. However, it is as versatile and durable as any sanded surface. It is available in notepads and single sheets. Once you try it, you will love it.

I love this paper very much and prefer it to all other pastel papers. I love it so much I spent a total of $83.67 on two pads. I expected them to arrive in perfect condition but instead they both arrived with creased edges. Every inch of that paper would have been used. It costs a lot of money. I am disappointed to say the least. I see no point in buying this paper if I can't use it full size without clipping the crumpled edges.
