Excellent memory with Samsung B-Die chips.

I have purchased several Patriot kits - three of the 4400 and one of the 4133 - and of all the 4133 kit offers the most flexibility and overclocking potential. Where the 4400 kits couldn't handle the 3600 C14, the 4133 handles the 3600 14-14-14 with ease and is able to maintain stability with further tightening of sub-timings like trfc. It's amazing how much better the more expensive 4400 kits have gotten. I have no doubt it's all luck and many 4400 kits can do the same or better but I haven't…

Extremely nice set of RAM, works perfectly.

This RAM kit looks very nice, but apart from the aesthetics I had no problems installing and using this RAM kit. I was able to enable my XMP profiles and take advantage of advertised speeds with no issues. I've used Patriot RAM in a pre-built PC I bought and had no problems, and having built my own I can still say I've had no problems. problems. The only problem is that I'd rather get a 16GB kit instead of 8GB, but that's my own fault. I will most likely buy a 16GB kit in the future. This set…

Patriot DDR4-4133MHz RAM with Gigabyte Z390 Aurous Ultra MB

On Black Friday I bought a set of Patriot Viper Steel Series 2x8GB 4133MHz RAM for the new Gigabyte Z390 Aurous Ultra MB build. When the build was complete I couldn't get the RAM to run at XMP speeds. I was able to overclock the RAM to 2666MHz fairly easily. After some research, I found out that MB uses a T-shaped topology for RAM, which can work better with all 4 RAM slots used. So I bought another 2x8GB set. After the installation, I set the RAM to XMP profile 2 (4000 MHz) and the computer…

4 sticks (32GB) stable at 3666MHz CL16 with Ryzen 3600.

I was able to do it with another similar 32GB Patriot kit overall with my Ryzen 5 3600 on an X470 mobile phone operate. It operates at 3666MHz at CL 16 at 1.38V and is stable after 10 hours of testing. I haven't tried using the XMP profiles as the other RAM I have is a bit slower than either of the profiles so I have to set the timings manually instead. I couldn't get it to work on the 3733 cl16 which the old kit alone was capable of, but I suspect this is a limitation of my CPU and…

Works as advertised on the internals

I bought 2 pairs of this RAM (4133MHz) to pair with my 8700K@Z390 Aorus Ultra. I'd like to preface this review by saying that the motherboard I'm using is very bad at overclocking memory (but handles the CPU pretty well) and you have to win the silicon lottery to run four 4133MHz DIMMs in parallel with running the 8700K, meaning I just couldn't keep up. This RAM has 2 XMP profiles: 4133MHz @ 19-21-21-42 and 4000MHz @ 19-19-19-39. Both have good base clocks and timings, especially at this price…
