I've tried every possible solution to get it working because I didn't want the hassle of packing and shipping it back. but ended up having to send it back.

I have to say that I was initially a little skeptical about buying this computer because of the price. I never thought I could get so many great PCs for less than $400. But I really LOVE my new home computer. It's fast and moves very quickly over my home WiFi network. The only thing I would wish for is if HP included a wireless keyboard with a wireless mouse like they do with their larger models. But for less than $400, I didn't mind shelling out an extra $25 for a regular wireless keyboard and

All I do is use the word and go online and the computer just decides to stop every few minutes and do nothing. I cleaned it, fixed it, did my best to make it faster, but the computer just doesn't work.

I like everything in a touchscreen desktop. It runs smoothly and stably because it has a good weight to keep it balanced on the table. I bought a non-touch screen from Walmart and when I took it out of the box it felt light and when I tried to use it it was so slow I couldn't open any programs. So restored, packed and sent back. I searched Revain and found this one for an additional $20 but with a larger screen, touchscreen, slightly heavier for stability and smooth operation. I just love it.

Really good computer. I've been looking for a long time and came across this one. Wow, I'm really glad I did this. It's fast enough for me to play my games and the price was the cheapest. I don't know why some people say it's a refurbished computer but it's not, mine was brand new in the original box. I still can't believe I bought it for $349 with free shipping.
