I have already bought this product twice as gifts for two of my friends who lost their mothers. They were both absolutely delighted. This really is the best gift ever.

I thought they were terracotta like the description says? Feels like cheap wooden material and the letters on the ball are not dark at all. They seem very faded. If I had known that, I would have saved my money.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend who lost his mother many years ago but like most of us who are close to our mothers standing, she still misses a lot. Great presentation - the box was beautiful and ready to gift and the candle holder was exactly as described.

My mother recently passed away and I ordered 4 of these with different inscriptions. They were meant to be Christmas gifts for me, my father, my brother and my sister. On this letter "a" in the word and was smeared, and the letters "ve" disappeared in the word Love. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Bought for a friend who just lost his mother. It is nicely packaged and in a beautiful gift box. My friend was touched and showed it when I noticed the lettering was crooked. If they could do better with the lettering it would be much better. I decided to leave it alone as she had already displayed it but if I had seen it before giving it to her it would have been returned. Judging by other reviews, there is a problem with the inscription, which the manufacturer did not fix.

The candle arrived in perfect condition as it was very well packaged in a lovely box beautifully decorated with a decorative flower. The candle itself is well made, the print on it is excellent. I bought one for myself and one for each of my two sisters to celebrate the anniversary of our mother's death. My sisters were brought to tears as they opened their candles. We live far apart in 3 different time zones but on the anniversary of my mother's death we chose the time for all 3 to light…
