Came in 6 boxes and 3 deliveries. Instructions and parts were mainly in box 4. keep parts in boxes as much as possible. Lay out the packet of fasteners and be very carrful tonuse the right fastener in right spots.Two man job for sure. Some things just need two sets of hands and or eyes. Roof panels are tricky- but will line up. We kept all the screws just tight enough that all pieces and parts could still move a little bit. I was excited to get it and have it put up. saw the box damaged the day it arrived, however I was hoping that it would be ok inside. I paid a professional to assemble it. As he unpacked he showed me the damages. Its annoying as you pay these companies 100% proper money. and then you receive 80% to 95% condition products. Hopefully they compensate thats if they even reply to their customers. Other than that. Great product just be extremely care for getting damaged goods

This is a very nice gazebo. Sturdy and well built. The directions are strictly numbered diagrams but it works. It helps to look ahead a few pages when assembling as well. I completed the built by myself in about 18 hours. Customer service was top notch. I didn't ancor it down after completing the build on the 2nd day and wind pushed it about 30ft before 2 legs caught the grass and bent them severely. It’s next to the pool so it is called a cabana! We love it. We did purchase some special bags we weighted with rocks to clip on the curtain corners. On windy days the curtain fly all over even when zipped down. The corners have a hook type piece on the curtains but they are useless and do not stay attached. All 6 boxes arrived within a day of each other. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit stressed about directions not being clear and assembly being problematic. Neither was an issue at all. Parts were all clearly labeled and the instructions were very easy to follow. It did take us 12 hours from start to finish but it is a 12' x 16' structure with alot of parts and pieces. Absolutely LOVE it. Well worth the $$$

This gazebo is better than expected. I did all setup by myself except for the roof panels which I used an extra person. I love listening to the rain while staying bone dry, and this fit the bill. Also installed A light and 2 fans on center hooks and u-bolt. No more dead air or overheating in late afternoon. Installed a tv on one of the posts inside and the kids love watching tv outside without worrying about mosquitoes. I also sit outside and watch the morning news while enjoying the fresh air.

Put it together solo in about 8 hours. I had a few foul-ups due to not paying attention to the drawings. Specifically pay head to how the panels are installed on the long side center. Clean looking and very sturdy.A huge improvement over my old canvas top 10X10. I would recommend a second set of hands. A few words of caution. The panels will not stay in the slots unaided. The gazebo is very nice but when I received the gazebo and into my build I encountered parts that were missing ie Ux152 blocks for assembling the roof, z clips, anchors , the curtain and netting hangers, etc etc. And to top it off the mosquito netting does not fit properly see enclosed photos. And the netting for the roof top is also missing. Even though they did send me replacement parts this build took way longer to build than expected. I almost didn't order because of negative reviews about how hard it was to build, instructions with just pictures, and damaged and missing parts. All not true for me! The packages came in two deliveries, it was packed very professionally with great packing material and all labeled. True the directions are not written but they are exactly like a lego set. Each step lists all of the parts you will need and a diagram of how to do it. The directions also tell you exactly which box has the parts you

This gazebo is EVERYTHING. My guest compliment it every chance. It is sturdy and keeps everything dry including the TV The hardtop may not be completely waterproof!

I put this together with my wife it took a total of six hours over the course of 2 days. Very happy I purchased this product. Don't skip steps and it should go pretty smooth.

Directions are very vague and definitely recommend 3 people or more to complete the assembly process. Took 2 days to piece together and love the final product.

We love this gazebo! It was tricky to install the large roof panels. Struck out with just 2 of us after 45 minutes, but after we got a 3rd helper we finished the whole roof in an hour. It’s sturdy and solid , great engineering and craftsmanship. We would definitely recommend!

This was a 1 person install meaning me. Just needed my brothers help on to hold upper frame for roof for attachment. 2 Day installation make sure you square up frame before you assemble roof panels.
