First, the size ratings are correct. I wear a medium glove. I am a paramedic so have worn exam gloves of all brands and materials. I'm average in everything. I wear them over lotion at night and occasionally at home to heal chapped hands. They curl up in the wash but hold up well. I only had one seam that came undone on one glove after months of daily use and washing.
