First, the size ratings are correct. I wear a medium glove. I am a paramedic so have worn exam gloves of all brands and materials. I'm average in everything. I don't know how they decided it was "XL" but they are actually a bit small for me. If you have big hands, they absolutely won't fit. I wear them at night with hand cream to help with mild eczema on my wrists. They are very comfortable and never woke me up or disturbed my sleep. They hold up very well. Clean I wear a pair every night for a month. They weren't torn or badly worn. There is significant pilling, but these are sleep mitts, so it's okay. You really can't do any better. The first gloves I tried were many times more expensive and inferior in every way. Take them (if you have small to medium hands). I personally cut off the tips of my index finger and thumb on all of them so I can use my phone. It didn't cause any problems.
