upset me so much I bought 2 of these and none of them worked with the controller although the headphones worked And this headset allowed to play sound from the laptop but for that somehow it sounded not with the controller. Come back and get something different.

So I bought them for $5. Didn't expect much. I've read that many didn't have the mic working, so I had my doubts. The problem with the microphone was that the settings had to be adjusted. Pretty tricky, but doable if you've fiddled with mic settings before. The rest of the microphone works well. It's not as smooth as my computer headset... but this mic didn't cost me $100 either. 100% recommended.

Bought 2 of these for my kids to use with their Xbox One. One of them worked and the other didn't (even after the proposed updates). They were very cheap, so I suggest if you want to play, order twice as much as you need and return the ones that don't work. I returned both and decided to spend a little more for the 5 star headphones. May the odds always be in your favour. 🎮

They are definitely good for the price, very good and all. My problem is that they don't seem "perfect" to people like me, or at least not just me. I wear glasses and after such a long time they hurt. I have a cheap pair of Turtle Beach with a nice "cut" that looks just right when wearing glasses. Never noticed this until today when using this pair. As I mentioned before they seem like a great product for the price just not ideal for me who wears glasses.

I don't know why so many people are complaining about this microphone. For the PRICE you pay it's great! Works fine for me. Fits perfectly, no headaches. If you have a big head, you might want to reconsider your decision. I've seen many complaints about the MUTE button. This is my 3rd Xbox One headset that I have bought in 5 years. To be honest, you shouldn't expect much from this product other than the ability to chat with friends online.
