This is a great product, I just wish I understood before I unfortunately ordered another one as this box is 2 inches smaller than the first one I ordered. They used to be 6.5" deep now they are 4.5" and won't fit in my pet's wooden litter box like the last one I bought in early 2018.

Bought for a deceased furry child. She was loved very much. It matches her urn box as well as some of my dog's other favorite keepsakes. Her clay paw print and the fur look as well as her loving photo come into their own. This is a wonderful way to forever remember a furry baby who may have gone but will never be forgotten in your heart.

This is a very nice keepsake box but definitely not an urn. The box is nice and big, it has enough space to store collars, dog tags and favorite toys. If your pet's ashes were in another container, they can be used to store the container. This is not an urn and cannot be sealed. The ashes will not be included in the box. I haven't tried the paw print so I can't tell if it works or not.

We lost two of our dogs in three weeks. I ordered this box brand new for the first puppy for almost double the price. I came across this when we lost our second puppy. Said the packaging was damaged but it was half price and refundable. So I ordered it. The male! What a purchase! The box is whole, everything came, no problems. It's like selling scratches and dents without a scratch or dent. Will definitely be looking for these things in the future!

I had to super glue the inner pieces of wood because they broke in transit and felt cheap. Although the paw print kit is good. Pro tip: if you want to get the best result on your print, use animal safe ink or ink your print afterwards. Otherwise, the tone itself will not retain much depth.

The quality of the product is good - simple, not fancy, but pleasant. We really liked that it had space for a photo of our dog and his paw print. We didn't actually use the paw print kit that came with the urn because the crematorium provided their paw print clay as part of their service (but we did use the clay that came with the urn for our other dog). Well made, warm wood and with a large storage compartment. The double window on the front accommodates a 4x6 photo and a picture of your pet's paw (or two photos side by side in portrait orientation). The molding compound is very easy to use and pre-mixed. It stays flexible for hours after opening the package. So if you don't get the perfect impression on the first try, you can roll it out and try again. It takes about 1 full day for the imprint to become permanent. It dries like foam rubber…
