Tested in the rain yesterday and stayed dry. The temperature is 70 degrees and I didn't sweat even though the jacket had no ventilation. I think with heavy training this will be a problem. There are no pockets. I deducted a star because of missing pockets or ventilation openings. I have broad shoulders, which isn't a problem when riding, but when I'm wearing a jacket, the chest and shoulders are very narrow. I'm sure this is to reduce the amount of popping stuff, just keep that in mind.
