This is nothing more than a classic department store Pedegg. Gold/brass means absolutely nothing! It's dull and abrasive and doesn't delaminate a bit! If anything, it tightens dead skin and makes it ripped, which only makes it harder to remove. I've tried it both wet and dry. It's just a bad product. I rarely rate a product badly. I'm more inclined to just keep quiet. However, this point is useless, and this is the only correct warning to potential buyers.

It only works well on flat surfaces, but there isn't much flat on my foot. It was egg glitter, you could use it on round outlines. Wrong with that. You saw a disgusting TV commercial and were equally outraged and intrigued. I felt the same, which is why I bought this product. Now I use it regularly and I love it. I would recommend using it over a bath as the dead skin trap is not 100% effective. This is for touch up, it only takes a few minutes for my legs to be nice and smooth. I don't know why 18k gold is used and I doubt its usefulness (gold is very malleable), but I like the way it looks on the surface of the egg.

In the original version, most of the sawdust went into the tool, with this new curved blade, half of the sawdust goes into the tool and half onto the ground. It's very dirty. The blades feel a bit more intense on this new one and you need to be careful in areas like your toes. With the original, you could use it in the foot area without worrying about pressure.
