1st month, July. They arrived in a damaged box and 7 jars were dented to the point they were opened and food spilled all over the box and other jars. This month August the box was completely damaged but only 1 tin was damaged enough to open. They ship them via USPS. USPS seems to damage their packages.

Although I like this product my dog likes this dog food because it arrived with 3 cans open and the product stinks I will not be reordering this product. For convenient delivery, don't limit yourself to 9 cans per purchase. The goods have to be better packed in bubble wrap so that the movers don't damage them.

I give the product 5 stars but I give Amazon 1 star for packaging and shipping. I have ordered this twice from Revain. The product is great, my dogs love it but every time it is delivered the boxes get damaged, the tape doesn't seal and my last pack of five cans was dented so badly three heads were opened. There's a bag full of cans, what's up with that poor bag to take so much damage? I won't be ordering dog food from Revain anytime soon. Let's go to Chewie.
