Very happy with the quality of this towel rail. Easy installation on a standard perforated board. They include spacer nuts if you need them. (I don't have) I like having a top tray for my needed WD 40 and a roll of duct tape. It would be nice if they added some sort of towel roll tensioner so you don't unwind the roll halfway to the floor if you pull too hard with one hand (which I've already done twice since I'm a slow learner). First of all, I would like to say that customer service deserves the utmost attention. I received an email from MAD TOOLS asking me to review this paper towel holder and shelf. I said I wasn't very happy with the quality of the welds (shown in the photos) but I have no intention of returning the product. The welds, while ugly, shouldn't damage the structure of the device.
