DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

This is an electronic device. It arrived FOLDED IN HALF, had no instructions for use, DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN ENERGY STORAGE CAPACITY as advertised. I was completely disappointed with this product and the lack of customer service from the Revain staff.

Disappointing Best in Computers & Accessories

Received this bag in October. However, my daughter went to virtual school and returned at the end of January, the plastic part on the strap broke after 2 months of use. Very disappointing with the bag and my daughter loved it but now we don't have a backpack and are closed for the rest of the school year.

No es lo que esperaba

La promociรณn que presentan hase pensar que el bulto es recargable, pero lamentablemente no es asรญ. Hay Que obligatoriamente poner un power charger dentro del bulto y connectarlo al bulto para que el niรฑo connecte el device a su vez al bulto para coger carga. No es nada functional, al contrarios es una carga adicional. Yo compre uno para cada nieto, fue una decepciรณn para todos.

Not for everyday use!

My daughter loved this bag and I thought it was pretty cute when I saw it. The material of the bag is very thin and from the moment I took it out of the box I knew something was going to break, break or tear before the end of the school year. One of the plastic pieces on the strap broke and I'm pretty sure the other side will soon break as well. Again a nice bag but not for everyday use.
