I like that it has an easy to use interface, and is very customizable. It's also fast and reliable. There are some features of Pendulum which I don't really like, but they could be improved with updates. I do not have any complaints about the product itself. It does what it should. If you are looking for a good system that can help you manage your workflow efficiently, then this software is definitely worth checking out.
