You can't play tennis without new balls

Tennis balls wear out and lose their bounce, so they need to be replaced regularly. They're running low and I got a new supply before they were all gone.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So far so good

Not worth it: Balls

Paid full price for balls that seemed to have been idle for a while. They weren't terrible all the time, but there were already dead bullets in some of the freshly opened jars. Don't buy a box for this, I buy several cans at once.

Pros
  • Test for a year
Cons
  • Reliability

Interesting, this is the same ball I used.

(Upper) ball used in one day this time (*): Bought here. (Bottom) ball last used 1 day ago (*****) and purchased from C *****. Can you see the difference? My friends said they were fake balls. I have to switch balls between games. I think these are old balls.

Pros
  • Practical item
Cons
  • Safety

Strong, durable

I'm in my 70's now and have been using these balls since I started playing. When I was 15, these tennis balls set the standard for the best tennis balls to play with back then, and they still are. My kids now play tennis with them and so does my dog, although his backhand is terrible.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things

Unacceptable quality.

I received them in a regular carton, not a Penn box. Unfortunately, although they had compression, they are not as bouncy as new balls. Maybe they are just very old. I'm a professional tennis umpire so I know how they should be when they're new. For a college game, that wouldn't be acceptable. I will not, but again from this seller.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
