Bought 2 of these to filter used diesel (gear) oil. The cheapest clear containers I could find. to keep. The size of the inlet and outlet limits the flow rate, but you can't beat the price. Note: The product insert states that the use of thinners (gasoline) will cloud and clog the clear bowl. it also says that sunlight destroys plastic (it's all plastic). Oh my god, this makes homebrewing easier. Saved so much money and time instead of having to fetch bottles and jugs of water every time I want to brew. You'll need to connect a few fittings to make it work (I think it's a 3/8" hose barb, but check your hose size to be sure).
