🖋️ Pentel Arts Sign Pen Touch SES15CBPXZ - Fude Brush Tip, Gold/Silver, Pack of 2 Review

Gold and Silver are NOT Metallic. The same gray and ocher (light brown) in one big package. I paid $7 for two pens thinking they were metal and worth the money. But these are the SAME pens in a large multi-colored package for $14. Very disappointed.

I love these pens, they are perfect for writing letters with a brush in your journal or planner. I only gave them 4 stars because this pack is sold as gold and silver and they are not. They are gray and ocher included in a set of 12 pieces.

I don't know how to check this. Was hoping for a shiny pen for Christmas cards. The gold/silver color only refers to the overall ink color. It is a flat ink tone with no sheen, and the silver tint is slightly darker, more like a mid-grey. Not a big fan of tones. As a small brush, however, it works well. The name and the fact that the case is glossy is a little misleading. Minus 2 because the gray is too dark and confusing for branding.

I was looking for pens that write in silver and gold. They're a bit of a letdown in that regard, as the ink isn't glossy, so really just dark yellow and gray. But these pens! With its amazingly flexible tip. They just want to keep writing and not procrastinate. As soon as I received and tried them, I went back to Revain and ordered a 12 color kit. These are my new favorite pens.

Let's start on the positive - these are great pens. They are of good quality, well pigmented and write well. Delivery was also very fast. However. They are NOT silver and gold. Pentel Sign Pens are my favorite pens. I have many of these, in sets, with a brush, a whole box of just purple.
