The ability to create custom forms, upload documents for new hires or existing employees that can be easily accessed from anywhere is great! I wish it would have been easier/more intuitive at first glance but once you know how easy this system really makes our lives much better by allowing us access anytime we want across multiple platforms (mobile / desktop). I love that it is integrated with our payroll system, so all of our employees' information is in one place. We have been able to eliminate the need to write up time cards each day for our staff. It also makes it very easy to keep track of vacation days, sick days, and other benefits. The only thing I dislike about this program is that there are some bugs from time to time, but they are usually fixed within a couple weeks.
