This overall is a great scrub. Durable and well made. However, it probably doesn't meet my requirements. Even if the pizza is floured, it refuses to go in the oven. A coarse powder will not work as it will not hold the aluminum in place. My solution is to just use parchment paper and place the pizza and paper in the oven. I received this item last Wednesday. I used it for a pizza party last night when we used our new Ooni Kodapropane pizza oven. It was the perfect pizza topping for getting the baked pizza out of that oven.
