Diagonally cut end (probe) : 1 - 1.5mm , High grade 316L Stainless steel metal, 3.35" (85mm) Long, K-Type Thermocouple Probe. K-Type Flat Shape Male Connector. Used in food (processing) industry, Probe tip is made oblique and easy to puncture or insert into the measured object. It can quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the measured object. Item included: 1 oblique probe.

Great tool for precise temperature measurements

Using this thermocouple, our team found that it accurately and quickly measures temperatures for our industrial and scientific applications. It's easy to use and the stainless steel construction is durable. The compact size makes it convenient for on-the-go measurements. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a protective case. Overall, a great addition to our tool kit for temperature and humidity measurements.

Perfect mod for my Traeger Pellet Smoker

Worked great as a mod on my Traeger Ironwood 885. Replaced the internal air temp sensor with this one so I could move it next to the one I'm preparing for a closer observation. Went like clockwork. Exactly.

works perfectly ! - Temperature Probes and Sensors

I am using this to measure the temperature of a MOSFET and driver in a three phase inverter design. I also used it to make sure my new GE oven was 40 degrees Fahrenheit on the 425 setting. Easy to use with my much older Fluke DMM. Recommend this product. Tech support answered my questions about accuracy right away. Great support.
