The customer service department was very helpful when I needed to resolve an issue with my account! They were able to help me right away, without any hassle or hassles at all!! I like our performance team associates because they are always willing to assist you with any problem that you may be having. They are professional and work very hard. Sometimes it can be hard to find the products we need, but our associate always has them ready when we need them! The only thing I dislike about PT is the amount of time it takes to receive items from the warehouse. It sometimes takes a few tries to get your package. The best thing about PT was that I could work from home, which helped me balance my life better than working in an office environment would have! There were some things they didn't do well - like having enough time to complete projects or deliverables as promised/scheduled -- but overall it worked very smoothly.
