Spend more for the best.

Used for 20 minutes and the plastic nubs that attach the hose to the steamer literally fell off during disassembly and now it's all useless and unusable. Chinese garbage.

The product does not work!

Ordered this item in April 2019 for my husband and his brother. One steamer works, the other doesn't. We only opened it a week ago and now the return window is closed. Can we exchange it for another?

This vapor is easy to use and gives off a lot of vapor.

I'm giving the original product a 3 because the attachments do not stay attached to the steamer. This vapor is easy to use and gives a lot of vapor with good pressure. The manufacturer receives a grade of 5, defective nozzles are replaced promptly, I recommend this product.
