Perfect little impact tool

My problem was that I had some brass electrical connections that had frozen, probably due to the heat from the halogen bulbs they were connected to. Attempting to loosen the small brass screws with a regular electric screwdriver only meant denting the heads. I bought a 1/8th impact wrench that goes perfectly with this tool. And successfully removed all frozen screws easily and without further problems.

Great when you need it - Drill Bit

This review is for the 1/4" impact driver only. I haven't used the 5 bits provided, I reckon they are of typically poor to average quality that probably won't hold up well, especially with repeated use, but again that's just a guess, not a fact. Quality beats alone cost more than this set, so set your expectations there. But a good quality driver for what is intended. It won't help in all situations, but if it does, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it. It's made to take a hammer…

No more getting stuck - drill bit

I used this tool to remove 2 stuck screws on an old Singer 128 sewing machine. It was able to gently loosen the stuck screws with a hard hammer hit. One thing you need to make sure you use the right size impact wrench, otherwise you will damage the slot of the screw head. There was only one small slotted bit in the kit so I had to use one from a different set of screwdriver bits. This impact wrench can be used to remove both left-hand and right-hand thread screws.
