This pack is perfect for a brakeman like me who repairs brakes every 4-5 years to avoid a canister of grease going bad after a few years. The front brakes of each car need 2 packs. The lube works well, doesn't squeak or squeak.

Brake grease is pretty much brake grease. The viscosity should be thick and the texture should be smooth with no lumps for even distribution. This product outperforms other lubes on the market that I have used other than Lila. Purple lubricant and packaging. It's the best, but it's also good.

It's brake grease, what more can I say?!? In fact, it works great and I've had no trouble using it on my 2002 Beetle's brakes. A little more expensive than my local auto parts store, but considering it was in stock (which is often a local issue) and I've bought other brake related parts from Revain, it was definitely worth it.

I recently replaced my brake pads but they haven't gotten enough lube. Permatex is a name you can trust and their brake lube did a fantastic job. No creaking, no vibration. If you are in the brake repair industry you need lubrication and be aware that you may run out of new parts. This is an excellent lubricant. You can't go wrong with PERMATEX products.

When I opened this lube, I noticed that the product is actually purple! It doesn't add or decrease lubrication, but it was interesting to see on a brake product. If you use a good, even foil, one blister should be enough for 2 horseflies. If you save you can do all four with one pack, but I always err on the side of excess and used one pack per turn when doing my brakes.
