Almost as described and as expected. If the pony wasn't such a fat McPutterson, we wouldn't need him. But it works well and we attach the strap without the expense of a new strap.

Very nicely finished, nice stretchy but thick leather. Buckle reels are good to have. I bought a new youth saddle for my son and it was quite smaller than my adult saddle so my girth wasn't long enough. This extension saved me from buying another strap.

I bought this for my mother's sturdy Oldenburg gelding; She used to borrow an extension cord from a friend, but sometimes it got lost, preventing her and her horse from tightening the saddle! This item has a very reasonable price and the quality is excellent. She has been using it for several months and no signs of wear! Highly recommended

Very useful - I'm buying a new jumping saddle and borrowing it to try. My harness fitted my old saddle perfectly, but wasn't long enough to easily reach the borrowed one. I didn't want to buy a new harness as there's no guarantee I'll need it when I finally decide to get a new saddle, so it was a good compromise. Appears to be good quality. I assume this will take many years.
