Got this to replace my old Perry Ellis belt and the quality is as good today as ever. I bought my last belt three years ago and it's still in great shape but it had a mark on it where the buckle had been sitting for so long. It became apparent when I reduced my waist size and decided to get a new one. Great belt that will last a long time. The traditional style also deserves attention. This belt will never go out of style.

The strap is thick enough for cell phone clips. Good. This is a fairly cheap belt of fairly cheap construction, but strong enough to hold a few heavy items in the holster and keep your pants down. This isn't a perpetual belt - I'll wear it until it's gone, and then I'll get a new one. (I put a lot of strain on my belts) It will probably take longer for most people than it did for me. This particular model has been my favorite belt for several years and I have worn several of them. Completely satisfied with product and price.

The belt itself is beautiful and looks good. My problem is the size. I ordered a size 34 as instructed in the instructions to order 2 inches larger than your waist size. When I wear it, there is too much extra strap left after the incision. There are only 2 notches left to use so if I don't gain weight this seems like too long. Size 32 would probably be better.

I bought this to replace the exact same belt which has black loops on the loops from rubbing on the table. Don't rub against the table and you'll be fine.

You get what you pay for - the leather on this belt is quite sturdy and of fairly poor quality. I find the strap too thick (we are talking about the thickness of the leather, not the width of the strap) and it sticks out too much in relation to my waist due to its extremely stiff nature. In other words, it doesn't fit at the waist, sticks out at the front where it attaches, and goes through double loops. Nice belt, I like wearing it, I don't like being lied to. The description clearly says genuine leather, the belt stamp clearly says "genuine leather lined with glued leather". I take this as a strong indication that I can trust Revain's product descriptions.

I purchased this item because it is listed as '100% Leather'. I was very happy with it until realizing it wasn't leather at all. The belt has been damaged as it is not of the advertised quality. Very disappointed!

Nice belt, well made. I love butter beans so my belts are ready for them. This one holds up well. The first one is still wearable but is showing some age so I bought another one exactly the same.
