I had to send mine back but it wasn't the company's fault. I want to use it on the window I wanted without drilling holes in the wall so I had to return it but the instructions were easy. were legible and simple, and when I realized I had to return it, it was very simple and easy to return. If I ever get to use one of these somewhere I can drill holes in the wall to install it, I will buy it again because it's very good quality and looks amazing!

Product choices are somewhat misleading. The options "Unheated", "Recycling box" or "Retail box" mean that both the recycling box and the retail box are heated. It's not relevant.
