What did I buy? This product is terrible! Don't get me wrong, the idea is brilliant but poorly executed. I was excited about the product because I could watch my dog from work and give him treats too, but no. The thing didn't even work on the first try, no problem what can happen with any other product. So I tried to fix the error by following the instructions in the manual to no avail, then I contacted the support team via email to no avail. They asked me to connect the Petcube to my computer…

Funny product that suffers from greedy company

This is a fun product - combining a pet cam with a treat whisk is a great idea. It is very amusing to see how our dog looks curiously at the mysterious treat that is thrown to him; Close-ups of her nose as she tries to extract the last tidbits from the slingshot ring are hilarious. While the hardware is solid overall, there are a few aspects that make using the Petcube Bites frustrating: The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable. , the two-way audio is so loud that it scares our dog more than it calms

Had to exchange AGAIN for the 3rd TIME.

It's only been a few days, the time is updated. Setting up this connection to my router was not easy. I've installed it next to my router and tried other places, but it always showed less than a bar of strength! No connection to the router. Went online to their website and came across 24/7 live chat support. They gave me instructions on how to hard reset the Petcube and although it still showed less than a power bar sitting right next to the router it eventually connected. I don't know, maybe…
