Not Worth Your Money

When I tried this pet supplies product, I was disappointed in the quality of the product. The tower is flimsy and weak. My cat doesn`t even bother with it, preferring her old worn out scratching post over this. The only good thing about it is the price, but the quality doesn't match up .Save up your money for a better product or stick with what you have..

Damaged my cat in the trees

This ball somehow wrapped around my cat and the ball got caught in the rubber band around her waist. She freaked out and tried to scrub herself off the tree by hugging it harder. Luckily this happened while I was at home and the rope could snap immediately. But I'm afraid that might happen while I was at work.
