I have very bad acne and this was the first cleansing gel I have used after not using Proactiv for 4 years. I've been using this cleanser for 7 months (washing my face 2 times a day) and I probably have about 25% of the product left. I have been using this product regularly for the past 4-5 years. I have semi-sensitive skin. This product is listed as not for sensitive skin but I have used it and fortunately had no problems. I find it cleanses my skin better than any other product I have used and I was close to the face wash block. I recommend using it with a mechanical facial brush for the full effect. Just be sure to use a milder toner for aftercare.

After reading some of the positive reviews I wanted to like this cleaner. Unfortunately, it seemed too hard and overdried to me. My skin was scaly and flaky and took about 2 weeks to normalize after stopping this product. It also got me fired up. It could have been some kind of cleaning effect, but I couldn't stick to it due to the drying effect.
