This tray is large as described. However, out of the three I received, one was missing a door, all three are difficult to remove, and the latches holding the top and bottom together are flimsy yet difficult to open.

Love how BIG these bins are! Bought 2 large and one small. Great sizes! What I like best is that the bottom panel is higher in the back as one of my kittens got a "butt lift" when urinating. He pees standing up. I have no idea why he started it. So the higher base plate helps to keep the urine in the box. Many Thanks.

Product in great shape but my toddler doesn't want to go in because the door is uneven and the plastic is sealed with a 'loop' so sometimes gets stuck - what for If the door cannot be moved, I therefore regard it as a small defect. I'm afraid that if I try to fix the door again, it will break. If my cat cannot get in and out, I have to return the item. Great tray! First let me say that we tried 3 different trays before ordering this one. Our cat loves to throw litter all over the place so something completely enclosed was a must. The door and filter on top are great at keeping the odor out if the box is changed frequently (as it should be). The door was a learning curve, I recommend leaving it open for a day or two to allow your cat to get used to the new box before figuring out how to get in and out of the door.
