Overall great product; adequate thickness and support. The exterior vinyl cover is of good quality and durable. Has an almost leathery feel which means it's warm (a factor if it gets warm where your pet will be as it can get uncomfortably hot). Definitely a recommended product.

I bought this item for my dog, received it, he slept on it one night and it broke. For the price I expected it to be able to handle the weight of a 70 lb dog. The cover material is thin. Received one day, sent back the next day. But then again, when I put him in my dog house, he hugged himself tightly to his sides.

The pad was just what we needed for the kennel but our dog managed to break it and struggled to get it out of the kennel. The shape of the pad makes it difficult for our dog to pull it out easily, but he managed to tear the front of the pad apart.
