My cat loves to rest on scratching posts so I'm buying bed shaped mats now. Bought to replace another more expensive counterpart. i like it more Nothing special; Polka dots are a piece of paper wrapped around cardboard. I can't say how long the box will hold up to scratches as I've just received it, but it looks like regular cat claw material.

Our cats love cardboard. We have cardboard scrapers and some round bowls. I decided to buy them a rectangular box like this for the holidays. It was an instant hit. Our 12 lb boy fits easily. He loves it the most. He uses it to scratch and then curls up and rests his chin on his side. If your cats keep jumping into your empty Amazon crates, you can't go wrong by adding this crate to your collection.

We used to use a flat scratching post and the cat loved it to the ground. I don't mind ordering a replacement, but I was constantly annoyed by the little bits of paper surrounding the scraper. That solves the problem! It's not perfect, but it's MUCH better than a flat scratcher when it comes to catching most random scratch byproducts. happy customer

Rabbits can be just as destructive as cats - digging and chewing. I took this box, put it in the corner where she was rummaging by the sofa, and she went to CITY. Rabbits also tend to eat some of what they chew to keep it from sticking together. It lasts over 6 months and is one of her favorite toys. The update is over a year later and she totally ruined it. Just picked up another one which she gleefully attacks. :)

I have a large cat (15lbs) and he loves it. He sleeps in it, tears it up, and just loves to sit in it and look around his kingdom! This is the second or hers he's gone through as he not only scratches it but tears the cardboard with his teeth and spits it out. It's a bit annoying as I have pieces of cardboard everywhere. But it makes him happy. What more could a cat mom want for her fluffy baby!

My senior kitty has about 4 beds throughout the house. I put it up against a wall away from traffic and she lives in it almost 24/7 - basically she lets it eat and goes to the tray or hand me a suitcase that it's time for her goodies. Bought this in December 2020, now it's late April 2021 - it's not quite torn yet but I don't hesitate to spend the money on another one. I add catnip every few days. worth your money.

I have a 15 lb Ragdoll cat who doesn't like any faux cardboard beds or rugs that I have ever bought her. Very interesting (see photo). It can stretch and scratch, which can be difficult in round shell beds. It was also big enough to lounge around, which is sometimes an issue with smaller beds. Please note THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Unfortunately, Revain shipped mine in a box with no airbags and it was quite wrinkled and torn around the edges.
