The company sent me a new collar new controller I even bought a stubborn dog collar from them and nothing works Signal to collar intermittent at best and border control on both units I have nothing does. Instructions Step 5: Item 7 says "Connect the transmitter's power supply to the front of the surge protector". (Figure 5C) It's impossible!
