Great product! We needed to replace a lost receiver for our dog's radio collar. We ordered this and the receiver worked great. We were back in business and our dog was able to enjoy the outdoors again.

I called PetSafe and explained that the collar failed after 2 months. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend their products. After troubleshooting it was decided that I needed a new collar and they did a great job of helping me replace the new collar at their expense.

I have bought several of these online and at pet stores. I love pet safe products and some of them don't last long at all and others seem to last forever. I like to replace the receiver every few years, the transmitter is 14 years old. To find out how I will feel, they will really answer me in 2 years.

My dog got the hang of it. She used to walk paddocks, raced racehorses and traveled a bit. After breaking the fence a couple of times, she stays away from the paddocks, even when the horses are running. Delivered as ordered. I bought this model because it offers more than one setting. The battery is big and she probably doesn't need it. Maybe a lighter version would fit better.

Love this product! This petsafe wireless pet fence dog collar works great with my existing wireless pet restraint system.
