This had absolutely no effect on my 15 pound poodle mix's annoying barking. She can be very shy so we decided to take this device harder. We have used ultrasonic tinting machines in the past and they absolutely terrified her. She ended up hiding in the bathroom. This product doesn't even register them and doesn't stop them from barking. It's like wearing a regular collar. We are throwing away this disappointing collar - an ENTIRE waste of money.

While it looks good and I've had luck with their other products, I'm very disappointed that their charging cable has an odd, non-standard T-shaped end. I can't see how they can justify not using any of the multiple standard USB interfaces or the regular round pin connectors. I've already lost their custom cable and can't use any of the many other charging cables I have on hand. Therefore, their division is useless.
