I put this in the back of my 2010 Honda CR-V. Installation was a little more difficult than I expected, but it still only took about 10 minutes. The barrier extends to the ceiling and to the edge of each headrest. This leaves room for my dogs (boxers) to tuck their heads between the headrest and the sides of the car, which I'm fine with, it might bother other owners.
