PetSpy Citronella Training Collar Vibration Review

Inconsistent. Difficult to sync. Doesn't hold a charge well, doesn't turn on easily and is good on rare occasions when it works. The instructions are very complicated and not clear.

Neither beep nor vibration did anything, the spray seemed to work but for a barking dog that won't stop the spray doesn't last long. And he just keeps barking after shaking off the spray.

Works great! My dog responds well to it and it lasts a long time on a single charge. The only disappointment so far is that one of the screws attaching the collar to the device broke, requiring us to use a zip tie to hold it in place.

This was a replacement collar. The first collar arrived without citronella spray. This replacement has arrived and has done exactly what was expected to date. Today a screw/rivet came out on one side where the clamp attaches to the unit and the clamp fell off. We have had the collar for about 6 weeks and have used it indoors occasionally. After two failed attempts with two devices from this manufacturer, save yourself the frustration and look for another manufacturer.

The spray and vibration helped my dog stop digging very quickly. She gets mad at the Zumi and then attacks certain spots in the backyard and tries to dig her way to the other side of the earth, but no more! I'm very happy about that. The only negative is that after a week the bolt holding the collar unwound and fell off. Luckily we were able to find the parts and put them back together, but that didn't help much.

I ordered it on 02/28/21 and it worked until a week ago. The device is fully charged, as is the remote control, but nothing works. The device has never been near water or other objects that could destroy it. As if the battery itself in the collar is dead and not charging. I would like to return and get a new one, but I don't see where to contact the seller. I still have one of these that I ordered for another dog a few months ago and it works perfectly.
