stopped working; I can't contact the seller
I ordered it on 02/28/21 and it worked until a week ago. The device is fully charged, as is the remote control, but nothing works. The device has never been near water or other objects that could destroy it. As if the battery itself in the collar is dead and not charging. I would like to return and get a new one, but I don't see where to contact the seller. I still have one of these that I ordered for another dog a few months ago and it works perfectly. I think the battery in the device just stopped charging. I want to come back for a new one. Seller please contact me.
