    It was recommended to me by an avid whiskey drinker and I am very happy with it. The ground cools down quickly and stays cold for a long time. The stand is thick and of good quality. The shape of the glass really brings out the flavor of bourbon and allows you to really appreciate it. My friend uses it almost every day. I keep it when I want to appreciate something really good.

    The disappointed pieces are gone and the containers are dented!

    Earned 5 points today. Most of the lids on the round containers have been removed. Only one container was sealed and looked new. In addition, 2 black coasters were missing. I paid over $170 for these glasses to give away. It was a very shoddy shipping method. How do I get the missing coasters and containers without dents? I can't sell them as they are now as it looks like I'm giving away used glasses. Please help!

    Good glass, something better for and a little more cooling effect could be good.

    I like the shape, but it seems that there is not enough contact between the glass and the central tip of the base. So it seems like the cooling effect could have been a bit more if fitted correctly. That being said, I was still able to detect a slight difference in temperature between straight and base that is only negligible. I know it won't be freezing and I didn't expect it. A little cooler would be nice. But in general I liked the glass experience.

    this is my favorite glass

    this has become my favorite glass the steel bottom works but you have to be sensible it doesn't cool the whiskey like ice so the temperature doesn't get that low but there is no dilution, it's especially handy for those who prefer to drink neat or add a controlled amount of water drops, I'll take another one in case I break. ok i just wish it had a bit more grip. The steel base is not entirely smooth on the top, I believe this helps prevent sticking to the glass.

    Great Gift - Barware

    I bought this glass as part of a Father's Day gift for my husband. Honestly I saw that and when I saw the price I quickly started looking for a suitable alternative! Of course, I couldn't find anything as good at a better price, so I took a chance and bought it anyway. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! This is a really nice glass and the metal saucer holding the glass is a very nice touch. I'm glad he's happy, but I still don't understand why this thing is $36! If it was a set of 2 I would understand…

    Nice/functional glass for connoisseurs

    Great bourbon glass. I use it for stronger bourbons that really need chilling to enjoy. I find the glass makes the nose more tolerant of stronger bourbons. The fit and finish is perfect, all my friends ask where I got the glass from when I came to visit. I think it works very well with or without a cooling base. My only complaint is that the base only stays cool enough for one drink, after that you lose the cooling effect. Overall a great product, I will definitely buy this glass again.

    The jars are great but the packaging is questionable

    I ordered a jar to try and it's great. I love it! So I ordered two more, and that's when the problems started. The glasses are supplied by the manufacturer in a cylindrical package containing a stand, metal base and glass. The lids came off during shipping and the contents of both cylinders spilled into the Revain box, and the jars received light scratches in the metal-footed box. The dents are unacceptable for a $40 glass, although it's surprising that the glass isn't shattered. So I ordered a
