this has become my favorite glass the steel bottom works but you have to be sensible it doesn't cool the whiskey like ice so the temperature doesn't get that low but there is no dilution, it's especially handy for those who prefer to drink neat or add a controlled amount of water drops, I'll take another one in case I break. ok i just wish it had a bit more grip. The steel base is not entirely smooth on the top, I believe this helps prevent sticking to the glass.
