i was hoping for a supportive pillow but this one fell flat. it is soft but there was no support. i normally sleep on my side but this pillow was kind of too low for that. it didnt have the depth that i needed or wanted. it made me sleep on my back but even that i felt as though it was even supportive enough for that. it felt as though my head was just on the bed without a pillow. i will be trying this pillow for a couple of more nights to see how it feels and if not will be sending it back…

This is a great pillow for back and side sleepers I sleep on my back and I always need support for my neck and this gives support to my neck and head. My friend tried it and she's a side sleeper and it supports her head and neck but it has enough give that it didn't hurt her ears and her head and it left enough room for her shoulders when she slept on her side. These pillows are not cooling. They are cool at 1st touch, then they feel hotter than a regular pillow. I woke with a very still neck & a bad headache. DON'T BUY THIS PILLOW.

I suppose they’re as advertised and what I should have expected. As base pillows they’re great. I personally just prefer something far softer that my head can sink in to. I tried using one solo to see how it would go and it was hard enough it kept my head too elevated. They’re just not for me. I took the 4 I purchased and split them up to two beds as base pillows and am happy with that

I really love these pillows! I was nervous when I received them as they did not have to do the self rise as many memory foam objects do. However, they are fantastic. Especially with my neck and upper back problems, they make it so much better. I get warm really easily at night and I have bad allergies but they keep both things at bay, it’s great!

I love these pillows. They're are so soft, and so worth it. They don't cool you down, but I never bought them for that reason anyways. I've had them for a few months, and the best thing I like about them is that they don't go flat like other pillows. They also shape to your head when you lay on them. The one bad thing about them is that the covers that comes with it smells horrific and looks more like a pee color white. So I just got rid of them, and used my own covers.

This is the BEST PILLOW I have EVER owned! I got hit from behind while sitting at a red light years ago. Since then, my C2 shifts out of place very easily causing a migraine. The hardest thing of all is sleeping in a safe position so I don't have to wake up with another headache. This amazing pillow does the trick! It is absolutely a dream. After looking around for new memory foam pillows found these. They are comfortable to your neck for side sleeping. Let them air out for more than 48 hours and no smell. Not too high or firm for us. Good support so far. They don't cool as much as my last ones but overall a good buy. Was skeptical with some reviews but happy I decided to try myself. Price was very reasonable for a twin pack. Couldn't buy one other name for the price of 2.

I can't really say they offered the "cooling" effect it advertised (I didn't notice any cooler of a sleep than before I got them) but damned if they ain't the most comfy pillows I ever had. That alone makes them worth every penny, even without being any more cooling than usual. Extremely happy with these. Will continue buying more of these over time.

I absolutely love these pillows. I must have went through 10 memory foam pillows before finding these in ebay. All the others were decent, but none provided the cooling I needed. Plus I sleep with my arm under the pillow and it always falls asleep. This pillow molds around my arm and I don't feel like I'm lying directly on it.So all in all these were a total win, I highly recommend this pillow.

If you are looking for firm. These are not them. I would give 5 stars except I noticed it is so soft that it chunks off pieces easily. So I have to be careful with these.
