I like that it is easy to register domains, as well as renewing them once registered with this service provider! The support staff are also very friendly; they reply quickly (within 24 hours) whenever you have questions or need help via live chat/phone call etc., which makes things much easier for me than other companies who may take days before responding at all - even when replying there's no guarantee of being able to actually see your message if sent after 9pm UK time!!
