Overall pretty good experience and fast response times
I like that it is easy to register domains, as well as renewing them once registered with this service provider! The support staff are also very friendly; they reply quickly (within 24 hours) whenever you have questions or need help via live chat/phone call etc., which makes things much easier for me than other companies who may take days before responding at all - even when replying there's no guarantee of being able to actually see your message if sent after 9pm UK time!! That said though i would not say its my favourite part about pheonix- but rather just their customer care team in general has been great so far :) It does cost money however compared some others out there such as GoDaddy where free registration allows unlimited registrations per month without needing any credit card details provided only an email address can be used instead.. So yes worth.
- Easy process from start right through till end product delivered within reasonable amount of timescales required by law e.g.: 1 day turnaround period between registering domain names &/or reconfirmation emails received upon renewal / expiry date changes..etcetera..which gives one peace of mind knowing nothing will likely go wrong during transactional phases involving both parties involved throughout entire processes...with good
