I bought this blanket in "light grey" and it looks purple. Like a light lilac-lilac. We've tried it in several rooms with different lighting and it still looks purple. Not suitable for our facility. It also has some brown stripes on one side. Maybe it's the discoloration of the fibers? It's also quite scratchy, but it's a nice thick fabric. We returned it the same day we received it.

I love the light gray colour. It matches my royal charcoal duvet. It has the true characteristics of linen: wrinkled and not very soft. This is a very high quality duvet cover at a great price. It is well made, durable and comfortable. For comparison, I ended up ordering duvets in "Dark Gray" and "Charcoal". Dark Gray is the darker color and Charcoal is the lighter gray in my photos.
