Exactly what I need---Couldn't find this item in local retail stores and I have 10 of these in my kitchen alone, plus others in the outdoor lighting---looks like I'll be using this seller frequently in the future .

This item was purchased to replace blown bulbs in my warehouse lighting. They looked different when they arrived and contacted support. The company said the design is different but should still work. I've tried them (ordered 3) and they all worked well. Good communication from seller. Happy with the purchase.

Unfortunately, these are the only lamps that can replace previous Philips lamp designs. It's not the seller's fault, it's the product's fault. The old three U-shaped light tube design was nicer, but easier to disassemble. This new design, while I don't really care about their aesthetics, is awful to remove. If you try to pull them out of the ceiling box, the individual light tubes will become very brittle and break, which is a safety hazard! We've already cracked open two without knowing they…
