Works fairly well. There is a reddish/purple light coming from the back of the light source. My toddler loves the new color on the ceiling. The headlights themselves are nice and bright. Three stars for having a bulb burn out in 1-2 weeks. Got a prompt refund/replacement and they have worked well so far

I installed this in our landscape lighting. One didn't work. Tried to replace with Philips but they need a UPC code which is covered by another sticker that says 'New Item'. So I tried replacing it with Revain. They want all 3 bulbs back, which means we need to remove the ones we just put in. Not worth the trouble.

LED lighting has not yet progressed far enough to reach the quality of halogen lighting. They are neither too warm nor too cold. Perfect and great price. They changed the Kelvin rating from 2800K to 3000K but I don't see any difference. Even if they are mixed with old lightbulbs bought with an old face value.

KEEP SEPARATE. Do not use them in landscape lighting. These bulbs get incredibly hot which will eventually corrode the inner element of your landscape lighting as the material is not thermally stable and will break down. In the past I have had to solder more wires than can be imagined as a permanent solution. In addition, these bulbs are short-lived, as they burst at high temperatures. Invest in low voltage LEDs. Bulbs worked fine but one bulb in the kit did not work. It's a HUGE pain in A** because you're using two other track light bulbs and only have to return one. Because I used them (wanted to light the house for a party) and bought them online I didn't have the luxury of sending them back and waiting for a replacement. Would like to return just 1 bulb as a replacement but couldn't as it's a 3 pack and would have to send them all back. The other two bulbs only worked when they were two days old…
