And they work. You can install You Tube which is pretty easy but be careful I somehow blew a fuse and had to go to a mechanic anyway. But if you don't, they will help you when you need to change the passenger card light bulbs in this car.

The lamp matched my Toyota pickup truck and glowed brightly while I was at work. Less than 2 months after installing it I had to replace it with a second one. I'm hoping the first one was just defective and the second lasts longer as they are advertised as longer life bulbs which is why I bought them. Update: The second lamp lasted 3 months and died. Really disappointed.

I have bought these lamps before and they have lasted for several months. I figured they were going to die pretty soon, but I bought more to try again just in case there were any faulty ones. And after only 1 month you're already dead. The lens is completely covered with soot and no longer shines. I used gloves and all during the installation. I think I might just switch to LEDs, although I don't really like how bright they are.

They work great with my 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. I've tried several LED options and the light output wasn't as powerful and/or the unit didn't fit on the front or center console even though it was one replacement for the DE3175. As the last set lasted 10 years I thought it made sense to go back to them after the replacement LEDs weren't as good or way too expensive.

So I bought these bulbs to replace a burned out headlight on my G35 sedan. The lights come on when you open a door or unlock a car door with the key fob. As long as I own the car, these bulbs will burn out every few years. I suppose I would buy these to replace the "standard" bulbs I use.
