These bulbs won't last long

The packaging says these bulbs will last 11 years if used 3 hours a day. We used them less long and they died in less than a year!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Defective buyer Lamps beware

I bought 4 bulbs and all were defective. I'm frustrated because I didn't use them until yesterday and now the return window is closed. It is not fair. I would happily replace if the quality is checked before shipping. Amita Clark

Buyers with broken bulbs beware

Pros
  • Provides 13000 hours lifespan Up to 50% preheat failure
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Agree with D. Hall. These bulbs don't last very long, but since they're the only ones that fit in our fixture, we'll keep paying for them. Hall's suggestion of checking lamp ratings before purchasing a fixture is a good one.

Pros
  • LLMF rating 92% for 2000 hours, 87% for 4000 hours, 83% for 6000 hours and 81% for 8000 hours
Cons
  • Slightly dented
